Pole Dancing: A New Fitness Craze!

Exotic pole dancing is becoming popular all over the world--especially America, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Although it is a blast to do, it's quite beneficial to your health by helping you tone up your arms, legs, and core muscles. With pole dancing fitness, you don't have to wear an exotic outfit. Just dress in whatever outfit you usually exercise in, or even an old t-shirt and pants.
There are two options you have in regards to pole dancing lessons. First, there is the option of taking a pole dancing class. The second is to purchase your own pole dancing kit, complete with pole (either removable or fixed) and instructional DVD.. As a beginner, you will learn the basic moves and what they are called (yes, pole dancing moves do have names!). After a few months, you'll be pole dancing like you're a pro!
First of all, you will need to lay claim to that pole. There are more gyms out there that are starting to offer poles. There are also classes out there that use this as a creative way in order to get a fit body. If you are not sure if there are any classes in your area, then more than likely it will be at the gym. Call around the gyms in your area in order to see if they offer one. There are many stand alone teachers that will be offering classes for a small fee in the gyms. If you aren't comfortable dancing in front of others, have a look online for pole dancing poles. There are many types of poles to choose from, including permanent fixtures and removable ones.
It might be wise to take a few classes before making a commitment. While many women find it great fun, it isn't for everyone. If it is a routine that you feel you would like to stick to, and even get a pole for your home, make sure you choose a good quality one, as you will sometimes be using your full weight on the pole.
