Tae bo Amped – How it started?

Tae bo – How it started?

Tae bo was developed and introduced by Billy Blanks, a learning disabled and physically impaired boy. Billy Blanks became a 7 time world karate champion and golden gloves champion boxer despite his ailment. With his discipline of karate and his love of dance he developed Tae bo which became so famous all over the world.

Tae bo aims to give you a vibrant health, a great body and strength while loosing the weight you need to lose and having fun at the same time. After years, Tae bo was then incorporated with bands, which increases resistance and now the latest inclusion is an amplifier which adds weight. Billy Blanks call this tae bo with amplifier as tae bo amped and he kept telling people to “get amped”, which basically means to use the amplifier – a three pound bar that expands to three different lengths.

With the Tae bo amped, you can feel the difference in your core, especially in the abs. Billy takes each move and amplifies it in cardio bursts, doubling the speed briefly while we all count and end with the shout “Get Amped!” Sometimes the cardio bursts sacrifice form for speed. It’s hard to maintain the correct poses going that fast, although the group on the DVD doesn’t seem to have much trouble. You feel like you’re part of the group of people working out with Billy on the DVD, and you’ll find yourself shouting and grunting along with them. Billy talks to the camera in all 5 workouts as if you’re right there with him.

Tae bo Amped – How much it cost?

The released Tae Bo Amped package is worth $39.95 which includes the Amplifier sculpting bar, 5 complete work out sessions, a 7 day supply of Billy’s energy formula vitamins, Billy Blanks’ Weight Loss Success Guide that explains in details the new tae bo amped moves, and 30 days of free VIP access to Billy’s online club.

Billy promises you’ll see results in 7 days, that is of course if you are willed enough and if you are really doing the routine well as shown in the DVD. The cost is not much and the results are great!
