Panic attacks are considerably too common for you to not be able to recognize the variety of symptoms that come along witha panic attack. You can face a number of physical and emotional symptoms that can give you a hintof what is to come. Here are a few panic attack symptoms to get familiar with:

We'll start with some of the emotional symptoms of an anxiety and panic attack. Irrational and excessive fear and worry is the most common symptom as people end up worrying about being around others, what has happened in the past or what will happen in the future.

You end up watching for signs of danger and will typically anticipate the worst to happen. Along with fear and worry, you may feel irritable, restless, tense, and have trouble concentrating. Ultimately, it is going to make it difficult to get through your every day life. On the other side of the spectrum are the physical anxiety attack symptoms you may experience.

There are several minor symptoms that include twitches, fatigue, an upset stomach and frequently urinating. Some of the more frightening symptoms consist of heart pounding, muscle tension, insomnia and constant sweating. These can be [scary because it can be easy to confuse these symptoms with a more serious medical issue such as a heart attack. If you do find yourself facing any of these symptoms, be sure you get in to see your doctor as soon as you can.

To eliminate anxiety or panic attacks from being a daily event, take a look at these questions:

1. Do you have too much on your plate? Stress is one of the top reasons anxiety attacks begin. If you have many responsibilities and carry a heavy workload, it can be exceptionally damaging to your health. For this reason, keep things spread out and take on only what you can handle comfortably.

2. Do you have emotional support available? Everyone will have stress at one point or another and may even break down. What is important you have someone to lean on to release this anxiety and stress that you are going through. By keeping it all bottled up, all you are going to do is burst. Having a support you can lean on is crucial in order for you to stop anxiety and panic attacks.

3. Have some fun! Everyone needs this in their life. It is extremely important you find the correct balance between work and fun. Make sure you set aside time for you to do something that you enjoy watching a movie, playing the flute, or reading a book. This can have a large effect on stopping anxiety and panic attacks.
